1. Subject

These Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs") govern access to and use of the CheckAuto service, a SaaS application for photographic vehicle body documentation at workshop reception, published by ADKSOFT Ltd.

By subscribing, the customer ("Subscriber") accepts these T&Cs without reservation.

2. Service Description

CheckAuto is a Progressive Web App (PWA) accessible via any smartphone. It enables workshop staff to:

• Photograph vehicles at reception (guided 10-angle tour)
• Store photos in the cloud with timestamp, mileage and registration
• Search and consult records by registration plate
• Share photos with customers via WhatsApp, email or SMS
• Export ZIP archives of records

3. Subscription Plans

• Starter — 1 dealership, 1 user account, 10 GB cloud storage, 30-day record retention
• Pro — 1 dealership, unlimited users, 50 GB cloud storage, 12-month record retention
• Group — multiple dealerships, custom storage, unlimited history — on request

A 7-day free trial is offered for Starter and Pro plans. No credit card required during the trial.

4. Pricing & Payment

Prices are quoted exclusive of VAT. Applicable VAT will be added at checkout where required by law.

• Starter: £99/month or £1,009/year (−15%)
• Pro: £129/month or £1,316/year (−15%)

Payment is processed securely via Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each period.

In the event of payment failure, ADKSOFT Ltd will retry up to 3 times over 7 days. Thereafter, the account will be suspended until payment is settled.

Invoices are generated automatically and sent by email to the address provided at sign-up.

5. Duration & Cancellation

Subscriptions have no minimum commitment period. The Subscriber may cancel at any time via the Stripe customer portal accessible from the app, or by contacting contact@adksoft.uk.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. No pro-rata refund will be issued.

ADKSOFT Ltd may terminate an account for non-payment, fraudulent use or breach of these T&Cs, following 8 days' notice with no remedy.

6. Service Availability

ADKSOFT Ltd commits to a service availability of 99% per month, excluding planned maintenance announced 24 hours in advance. In the event of unplanned extended downtime, the Subscriber may request a pro-rata credit.

The app works offline for photo capture. Cloud synchronisation requires an internet connection.

7. Data & Photos

Photos and data stored remain the exclusive property of the Subscriber. ADKSOFT Ltd does not exploit this data for commercial purposes.

Upon cancellation, the Subscriber has 30 days to export their data. After this period, data is permanently deleted.

Storage capacity is limited according to the subscribed plan. If exceeded, ADKSOFT Ltd will notify the Subscriber by email and offer an upgrade.

8. Liability

CheckAuto is a photographic documentation tool. Photos constitute indicative evidence and do not replace a formal joint inspection carried out with the customer. ADKSOFT Ltd shall not be held liable for disputes arising between the user and their own customers.

ADKSOFT Ltd's liability is limited to the amounts paid by the Subscriber over the previous 3 months.

9. Applicable Law & Disputes

These T&Cs are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, following an attempt at amicable resolution.

10. Amendments

ADKSOFT Ltd reserves the right to amend these T&Cs at any time. Subscribers will be notified by email 30 days before any material change. Continued use of the service after this period constitutes acceptance of the updated T&Cs.
